Class validity
Purchased classes do not expire and currently have no time limit. They stay on your account until you use them, or until they are adjusted by an administrator.
Refunds
Class purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment has been completed, the classes purchased cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
You can cancel a class yourself at least 12 hours before it starts, and no class is deducted β it stays in your balance for another booking. Within 12 hours of the class, it can't be cancelled online: please contact us on LINE, and the administrator will decide whether a class is deducted. Contact us on LINE.
No-shows
Not attending a scheduled class counts as a used class.
Class transfers
Class transfers or donations may be permitted in certain circumstances, such as a referral, and are handled manually by the administrator. Contact us to request a transfer or donation.
